We are committed to providing excellent customer service and a wide range of products to meet our customers' needs.We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Paint & Stock Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Paint & Stock Associate will support the daily operations of our paint department. This is a hands-on, physically active position that involves stocking shelves, receiving and organizing products, lifting and carrying paint cans and boxes, mixing paint, and assisting customers as needed.The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, enjoys staying busy, and is willing to learn about paint products and colour matching.

Key Responsibilities

- Stock and organize paint, supplies, and other products on shelves.
- Receive, unpack, and put away incoming products.
- Regularly lift, carry, and move paint cans, including one-gallon and five-gallon containers.
- Keep shelves stocked, organized, clean, and properly labelled.
- Mix and prepare paint based on customer requests.
- Assist customers with paint products, colour selection, and basic product questions.
- Use paint mixers, shakers, dispensers, and other equipment safely.
- Check inventory and advise the manager when products need restocking.
- Keep the paint department, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.




- Follow all company health and safety procedures when handling paint and other products.
- Help with general warehouse and stocking duties as needed.
- Work with other team members to provide good customer service and keep the department running smoothly.

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse, stocking, retail, hardware, or paint experience is an asset, but not required.
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.
- Able to regularly lift and carry paint cans, boxes, and other products.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stock shelves for extended periods.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Willing to learn paint mixing, colour matching, and product knowledge.
- Able to follow safety procedures and instructions.
