The Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced and eager line cooks to join our young team of industry professionals.

The Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals in accordance with our menu and chef’s specifications.
- Maintain the efficient flow of kitchen orders to service
- Ensure the accuracy, presentation, and temperature of dishes
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies,



including mise en place for upcoming service.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients and dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workplace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
- Assist in developing new menu items and specials, bringing creativity to the table.
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly and in accordance with health department regulations
- Maintain constant communication among team members

Qualifications:

- Have a passion for food and feed off the buzz of a busy restaurant.
- You have experience in the kitchen but are hungry to learn more and develop your skills
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Compensation: $19-$25

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
