Zed Drywall Ltd. is hiring an experienced Interior Systems Mechanic / Drywall Installer to join our growing team in Calgary.

We are looking for a skilled, versatile tradesperson who is comfortable working across multiple aspects of interior construction, including steel and wood framing, drywall installation, insulation, suspended ceilings, doors and trim, baseboards, and related interior finishing work.

This is not an entry-level position. The successful candidate must have solid hands-on construction experience, be able to work efficiently with limited supervision, and consistently produce professional-quality work.

Pay ranges from $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability.

Key Responsibilities

- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood, lightweight steel, and other construction materials
- Perform light-gauge steel and wood framing
- Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall panels on walls and ceilings
- Install thermal and acoustic insulation in walls,



ceilings, and partitions
- Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and ceiling panels
- Install metal corner beads and related drywall components
- Fit and install baseboards, trim, and interior doors
- Perform flooring installation as required according to project specifications
- Read measurements and project requirements accurately
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Protect clients' homes, property, and belongings while working on site
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a crew
- Follow project supervisor instructions, site procedures, and company quality standards

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
