About the Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys switching gears throughout the day.

We're a small team, so everyone wears a few different hats. This role sits right at the intersection of our brand's voice (social media) and our customer's experience (care) and behind-the-scenes support (admin/inventory).

You'll spend your time:

Content Creation

- Filming Reels and TikToks
- Photographing products and behind-the-scenes moments
- Editing short-form videos
- Creating carousel posts
- Brainstorming content ideas
- Keeping up with social media trends
- Responding to comments and DMs

Customer Care

- Responding to customer emails
- Managing live web chat conversations
- Answering product questions and resolving order issues
- Keeping track of common customer questions/feedback and flagging trends to the team

Inventory & Admin

- Helping plan and forecast inventory needs




- Placing and tracking supplier orders
- Keeping inventory records organized and up to date
- Supporting other administrative tasks as needed

- Communicate clearly and warmly, especially in writing.
- Like variety rather than doing the same thing every day.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping track of moving pieces.
- Can prioritize and switch between tasks without dropping the ball.
- Like working with a small team.

- You're looking for a social media ONLY role.
- You prefer one task at a time with no context-switching.
- You don't enjoy direct customer interaction.
- You're not comfortable with spreadsheets/tracking details.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
