Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Team Member who likes staying busy and takes pride in keeping a warehouse clean, organized and running properly.

This is not a job where you sit on a forklift all day. Our warehouse has a lot of smaller products that are picked, moved and put away by hand. You’ll be unloading incoming shipments, filling stock locations, packing outgoing orders, shipping small packages and helping keep the entire warehouse clean and organized.

There is a lot of walking, lifting and moving throughout the day. Everyone pitches in, whether that means unloading a truck, packing a skid, filling a stock location or emptying the cardboard and garbage bins.

What the day-to-day looks like

- Receive, unload, sort and put away incoming stock
- Fill warehouse locations by hand with smaller inventory
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Pack and wrap skids for outbound shipments
- Ship small packages using FedEx, UPS and/or Purolator
- Use our inventory/computer system to receive, locate and move stock accurately
- Keep stock locations and warehouse areas clean and organized
- Break down cardboard and empty cardboard and garbage bins
- Help with general warehouse projects and inventory organization
- Occasionally drive a company vehicle for local warehouse needs

What we’re looking for

- Previous warehouse, shipping or inventory experience
- Previous experience with forklift or Raymond Reach




- Previous experience shipping small packages with FedEx, UPS or Purolator is required
- Experience using a computerized inventory or warehouse system is required
- Strong attention to inventory accuracy
- Someone who takes ownership of keeping their work area and warehouse clean and organized
- Comfortable lifting and moving products throughout the day
- Able to work quickly in a quick-paced workplace
- Reliable, dependable and works well as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license is required

Nice to have

- Forklift experience or certification
- Ability to legally cross the border into the United States is an advantage but not required. We have a Buffalo-area location and occasional trips may be required, typically around once per month.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
