Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our client in SE Calgary, AB .
This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in customer service, inside sales, order management, or account support. In this position, you will provide product information, process orders, support customers throughout the sales cycle, and help deliver exceptional customer experience.

- Location: SE Calgary, AB

- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 hour shift

- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders via phone, email, and website

- Provide pricing, product information, and consultative sales support

- Answer customer inquiries and recommend solutions based on customer needs

- Interpret customer specifications and provide technical product support

- Track and monitor orders and shipments

- Communicate order updates and resolve customer issues promptly

- Maintain accurate order documentation and customer records

- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders





- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and efficiency

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of customer service, inside sales, order desk, or account support experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to learn ERP and order management systems

- Manufacturing or industrial industry experience is considered an asset

- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset

- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
