Position Details

- Position: Cleaner / Cleaning Technician
- Location: Cochrane, AB
- Employment: Part-time
- Schedule: 8 hours three times a week
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

- Cleaning apartment buildings, common areas, and residential units
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Cleaning windows and other areas as required
- Garbage removal
- Move-out / turnover cleaning
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness




- Following cleaning procedures and safety requirements
- Communicating with supervisors and reporting any issues

Requirements

- Previous cleaning experience is an asset
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and respectful attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and company standards
