The Chance: JSQ Gardens is executing a massive 30-day residential sales blitz across premium London neighborhoods. We are locking in our capped priority winter snow-clearing routes for the 2026/2027 season, and we need aggressive, high-energy door-to-door reps to close contracts.

This is a 100% commission role built for closers. There is no base salary, but there is no cap, and we pay your commission the exact same day the client’s deposit clears.

The Numbers:

- You earn a minimum of $150 or 15% for every full-pay contract closed.
- Average reps close 1-2 deals per shift. Experienced reps close 4+.
- Close 2 deals a shift = $300/day in your pocket, paid immediately.

How We Work:

- The Buddy System: You will be deployed in pairs on the same street. You work your side, they work theirs.
- Official Gear: We provide the high-vis company vests and digital contract links.
- Zero Friction Sales: No paper invoices.



Clients tap their card on your phone, the deposit clears, and you get paid.

What You MUST Have (Non-Negotiable):

- Fluent English: You must have exceptional, clear communication skills to pitch homeowners and explain contract terms effortlessly.
- Smartphone with Active Data: You will be generating digital contracts and processing payments live on the porch. No data means no sales.
- Personal Vehicle: Preferably be able to drive yourself to the assigned daily grid (Sunningdale, Masonville, Oakridge, etc.).
- Availability: Available to knock during prime residential hours (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM weekdays, plus weekends).

Pay: $1,000.00-$3,000.00 per week
