Your Mission

What You Will Be Responsible ForOperations & Scheduling

- Maintain a high-efficiency, near-full schedule for the East Side of our operations Burnaby to Abbotsford service area from our Head office in Port Coquitlam
- Ensure technicians are prepared and equipped daily
- Eliminate gaps between office and field execution

Team Leadership

- Hold technicians and office staff accountable
- Coach, develop, and elevate team performance
- Address issues directly and professionally




- Build a culture of ownership and execution

Revenue & KPIs

- Drive close rates and conversion performance
- Ensure follow-ups on inspections and proposals
- Increase monthly recurring revenue
- Monitor production metrics and improve them

Quality & Client Experience

- Maintain a premium level of service delivery
- Ensure clean, professional execution across all jobs
- Protect and elevate the Phantom brand

Systems & Accountability

- Track and act on performance metrics daily
- Identify problems early and solve them fast
- Improve systems, not just maintain them

- You have minimum 3 years of pest control management experience
- You have a proven track record of leadership and results
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented
- You are confident holding people accountable
- You move fast and solve problems without excuses
- You take pride in running a tight, high-performing operation

- Understand KPIs, routing, and field efficiency deeply
