- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments while handling cash responsibly
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed decisions
- Upsell complementary products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person,



demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse customer base
- Familiarity with POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures is advantageous
- Experience with product demos or technical sales can be a plus for promoting specialized items
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters positive customer interactions
