We're a growing residential property management company in Saint John managing approximately 100 rental units, looking for an experienced, independent maintenance technician to join us as we build out our maintenance operations.

This is part-time, hourly work with variable hours depending on workload — you'll be a key point of contact for maintenance across our portfolio, covering both routine repairs and unit turnover work when a unit becomes vacant, including installing new appliances, fixtures, and finishes.

You must have your own tools and reliable transportation. We're looking for someone who can diagnose and complete most jobs solo without needing to be walked through it.

Responsibilities:

- Toilet repair and replacement

- Lock installs and rekeying

- Exhaust fan repair and replacement

- General apartment maintenance and minor repairs

- Unit turnover work — painting,



drywall patching, flooring repair, installing new washers/dryers and other fixtures/appliances between tenants

- Small renovation/upgrade jobs as needed (bathroom and kitchen fixtures, trim, doors)

- Responding to tenant service calls

Requirements:

- Prior maintenance/handyman/renovation experience required

- Own basic hand tools

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

- Comfortable working independently in occupied and vacant units

- Available on a flexible, as-needed basis

- Criminal record check required

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
