Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards and are served in a timely manner. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the food industry, with experience in kitchen operations and food handling. Duties

- Assist in preparing ingredients for daily menu items, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
- Support the cooking process by following recipes and plating standards
- Ensure all food is prepared according to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Help with food service tasks such as plating dishes and assembling orders for delivery or dine-in service
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours




- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen well-organized

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on presentation and quality control
- Familiarity with meal preparation processes within the food industry or restaurant experience is advantageous
