- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and overall condition of the building
- Carry out in-suite maintenance tasks and repair requests
- Inspect, service, and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, heating, and ventilation systems
- Operate and monitor building equipment and safety systems, including fire panels
- Ensure maintenance work meets company policies and safety standards
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to building mechanical systems
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations
- Conduct monthly suite inspections and turnovers
- Perform garbage disposal and snow removal duties as needed
- Address tenant concerns and complaints in a skilled manner
- Complete routine building maintenance and repair work
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergencies
