Position Summary

Futuristic Transport Ltd. is seeking reliable, safety-conscious, and professional Class 1 Truck Driver based on Winnipeg to our growing transportation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of freight throughout Canada and United states while maintaining compliance with applicable transportation regulations and company policies.

Both experienced and entry-level drivers are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are available for qualified candidates beginning their skilled careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate Class 1 commercial vehicles in accordance with all federal, provincial and state regulations.
- Transport freight throughout Canada and the United States.
- Plan routes and manage pickup and de schedules efficiently.
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic and written logs, trip reports, and required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure cargo is transported safely and securely.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational requirements.
- Report equipment issues,



delays, incidents, and safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Essential:

- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Clean Criminal Record Check.
- Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired:

- Valid U.S. Visa or ability to obtain one (we assist in getting one).
- Previous long-haul driving experience.
- Experience operating refrigerated (reefer) equipment.
- Knowledge of electronic logging devices (ELDs) and transportation technology.
- Strong customer service skills.
