Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at our Morden location. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused professional with a passion for the automotive industry, able to bridge the gap between our clients and service technicians. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our service department.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, estimates, and repairs.
- Assess customer needs and provide recommendations for service solutions.
- Coordinate service appointments and manage service workflow to optimize efficiency.
- Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate diagnostics.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service appointments to enhance customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role.
- Robust communication skills in English,



both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repair processes.
- Management experience is preferred but not required.
- Must possess valid drivers license.
