Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring explicit communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring all guests receive attentive service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive experiences
- Follow all sanitation, food safety, and health guidelines to uphold our commitment to quality service

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle busy dining periods smoothly
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
