Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities tailored to infants and toddlers that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Provide attentive supervision to ensure a protected and secure environment for all children in your care
- Communicate effectively with children using clear language, positive reinforcement, and active listening skills
- Collaborate with families to understand each child's unique needs, routines, and developmental milestones
- Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress, daily activities, and any incidents or concerns
- Manage classroom organization efficiently, including preparing materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety standards

Qualifications





- Proven experience working with young children in early childhood education settings or childcare environments
- Knowledge of child development principles specific to infants and toddlers
- Strong communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and documentation accurately
- Proficiency in computer operation for record keeping and communication purposes
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage time efficiently in a dynamic setting
- Formal training or certification in early childhood education or childcare is required; additional training in special education is a plus

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
