Alberta's first Craft Distillery is currently seeking skilled service professionals to add to our Hospitality Team. We are looking for a Hospitality Associate to work our retail store and behind the bar.

Core job responsibilities include;

Showcasing a keen talent and passion for craft bartending.

Leading tasting sessions with visitors

Acting as ambassadors to the Eau Claire brand by demonstrating a high level of product knowledge.

Delivers on Food and Beverage service protocols and expectations with every visitor and guest to the distillery.

Performs retail sales duties inclusive of cashiering.

Adopts and demonstrates a "Can Do" attitude with visitors, guests and team.

Demonstrates a high level of proactive work ethic for the benefit of our visitors and guests.

Performs other duties as requested/needed for the benefit of the brand,



team and guests.

Qualifications

Bartending experience preferred

Strong, confident communicator

Willing to work a variety of shifts including weekends.

Must be willing to commute to our location in Turber Valley, AB.

Proserve required.
