We’re looking for an experienced Server to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to every guest who walks through our doors.

The Role

As an Experienced Server, you’ll be responsible for creating a warm, knowledgeable, and engaging experience for our guests. You’ll confidently guide guests through our menu, provide thoughtful recommendations, take food and beverage orders, and ensure each visit exceeds expectations.

The ideal candidate is personable, professional, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate, timely service
- Make wine and menu recommendations based on guest preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming tasting-room environment
- Process payments and handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and winery teams
- Help create a fun, relaxed,



and memorable guest experience
- Follow all responsible alcohol service and workplace safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of serving or hospitality experience
- Previous winery, wine bar, fine dining, or tasting-room experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge and genuine interest in wine
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Confident, friendly, and engaging personality
- Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods
- Strong attention to detail and a professional presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team
- Smart Serve certification
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required
