Duties

- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to maintain optimal oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, dietary habits, and preventive care strategies.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Assist in the application of sealants and other preventive procedures as needed.
- Manage patient records efficiently using dental practice management software such as Dentrix, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions, alleviating concerns,



and creating a positive experience during each visit.

Qualifications

- Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current credentials.
- Proven experience working in a dental office environment, with familiarity using Dentrix or similar practice management software.
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with patients of all ages.
- Experience in dental assisting is beneficial but not required; willingness to support team efforts is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality patient care.

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
