About the Role

Sabre is seeking a detail-oriented, quality-focused Electrical & Panel QA/QC Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will inspect, test, and verify electrical panels, assemblies, and integrated systems to ensure compliance with engineering requirements, customer specifications, and applicable codes and standards.

Working closely with production, engineering, and project teams, you will help ensure the delivery of safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership of their work, and collaborates effectively with others.

What You'll Do

- Perform QA/QC inspections and testing of fabricated electrical systems and components.
- Verify workmanship, component installation, wiring, labeling, and assembly against approved drawings and specifications.
- Confirm compliance with project requirements, customer standards, and applicable electrical codes.
- Identify, document, and track non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Complete inspection reports, checklists, calibration records, and quality documentation packages.
- Maintain inspection and testing equipment, ensuring calibration requirements are met.
- Provide technical clarification and quality-related support to production teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Sabre's Quality Management System (QMS).




- Support the training and mentoring of production and QA personnel as required.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a candidate who combines strong technical expertise with a commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Journeyperson Electrician certification required.
- Experience in QA/QC, electrical manufacturing, panel fabrication, power systems, industrial construction, commissioning, or field service environments.
- Robust knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and relevant industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, P&IDs;, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Experience conducting inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and quality verification of electrical systems and components.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.

Pay: $42.50-$50.00 per hour
