We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized mid to senior Family Law Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Family Law, exceptional organizational and time-management skills,



and the ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and managing Family Law documents, including Financial Statements and Net Family Property calculations.
- Proficient in using DivorceMate and Docketing software.
- Meet deadlines and maintain excellent communication with clients.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Family Law is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Post-secondary education, preferably in law or a related field, with a Law Clerk designation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, DIVORCEmate, Family Law Rules, Financial Statements, Net Family Property calculations and docketing software. University/College Diploma and Law Clerk Designation.

Salary based on experience

Pay: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
