Job Summary

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Squirrel POS, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Provide friendly, attentive service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities, while maintaining accuracy in math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following food handling standards and safety protocols
- Assist in setting up the bar for service, restocking supplies, and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts




- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience that emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; experience in bartending or serving roles is highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Squirrel POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage guests effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and accurate transaction processing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Hospitality background or food service experience is a plus; willingness to learn new skills is appreciated
