* We are looking for an experienced BDC Specialest (Call Center Agent) to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in selling cars, a strong background in automotive knowledge, and is seeking a full-time opportunity. We're interested in hiring someone with skills in customer relations and someone who is dedicated to selling the latest models of vehicles to customers.

Responsibilities Requirements

- You will set appointment expectations and provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage customer satisfaction and retention through strong relationships with customers
- Professional work ethics and high standards of customer service
- Minimum of 100 Calls a day
- Experienced with a CRM data base




- Never misrepresenting company guidelines and policy
- Overcome customers objections and understanding the situation
- Judgment and decision making skills the ability to consider the correct path for customer
- Efficient Knowledge of using word, excel, emails, and the internet
- Class 5 is needed
- Strong mind set to have the ability wanting to make 100K a year
