Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal sales or related industries and be comfortable with customer communication and working on a computer. This role requires strong sales skills to develop and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide product recommendations and technical support to Wholesale and Retails customers based on their needs.
- Process sales orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.




- Promote and educate customers on e-commerce platform features
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the metal raw material industry to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with SM3 is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a team and manage time effectively.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in metal raw materials or a related industries.
- Strong understanding of metal materials, applications, and market trends.
