Responsibilities

- Perform professional haircuts, trims, coloring, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Engage with clients through active communication to understand their desired look and offer expert recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations, tools, and salon areas to ensure a secure environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client questions, and building lasting relationships.
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.




- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning.

Experience

- Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of diverse hair styling skills.
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a salon environment.
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while prioritizing client needs.
- Prior experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
