We're looking for a Warehouse Associate (Material Handler) to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta on our afternoon shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM).
This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, inventory, and customer orders move efficiently throughout our operation. The successful candidate will support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy, safety, and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN
- Safely operate company equipment and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Transfer materials efficiently between departments and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform shipping and receiving activities, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and related documentation.
- Support inventory transfers, transactions, and cycle counting activities.
- Coordinate with team members to communicate material and inventory requirements.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support warehouse operations and special projects as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on collaboration and accountability.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
WHAT SETS YOU APART
- Experience operating counterbalance, stand-up, Bendi, or similar lift trucks.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience performing cycle counts and inventory control functions.
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation processes.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and systems through company-provided training.

COMPENSATION
$22.00 per hour plus applicable afternoon shift premium.
