Beach Acres Resort is seeking an energetic, reliable, customer service-orientated candidate to join our Front Desk team.

Salary: $20 per hour plus Tips.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and proficiency with computers is an asset. The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and will be able to multi-task, think on their feet, and be able to adapt to various situations. Work will entail a combination of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

The successful candidates will work 4 days a week, with 6.5-hour shifts per week. Shifts would be Sunday to Wednesday with a combination of morning and evening shifts. This is a permanent year-round position offering a 26 stable hours per week. Applicants looking for additional hours would be welcome to join our housekeeping department part-time.





Training will be provided in the use of our reservation system and various resort protocols.

Experience: 1 year of front desk experience or customer service skills preferred

This position is suited to candidates who are already living on mid-Vancouver Island and is not suitable for applicants looking to relocate. Reliable transportation to Parksville is needed.**CANDIDATES MUST BE CURRENTLY LIVING IN CANADA AND LEGALLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN CANADA TO APPLY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RELOCATION ASSISTANCE.**
