Freshii Brantford is looking for energetic, health-conscious, and customer-focused Team Members to join our vibrant and fast-paced team. As a Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of creating an exceptional guest experience—whether you’re building a custom bowl, blending smoothies, or welcoming customers at the counter. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about healthy living, working in a team, and delivering service that makes people smile.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests with enthusiasm and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders efficiently using our POS system, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Prepare meals such as bowls, wraps, salads, and smoothies according to Freshii standards and recipes.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep service efficient and consistent, especially during busy periods.
- Uphold Freshii’s brand values of wellness, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications





- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash with accuracy.
- Basic understanding of food safety practices is an asset.
- Efficient multitasking and time management in a high-energy environment.
- A team-player mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn recent things.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Food Handler Certification preferred not necessary.

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
