Tannas Insurance is looking to add like-minded individuals to its growing team. We are now searching for an Insurance Broker for our office, located in St. Paul, AB.

What You Will Do:

- Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person, over phone or through e-mail
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients
- Up-selling of products and services to current and existing clients
- Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
- Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters
- Support clients throughout the claims process




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our Broker Management System
- Make timely renewal calls for existing client business
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
- Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
- Knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans

What you Bring to the Team:

- Completion of the General Insurance License, Level 1 is required prior to the first day of employment
- Completion of High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Drive and motivation for personal growth
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to various computer programs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous general insurance experience is an asset, but we welcome interested new to industry candidates
