Serving guests across O'Brians Restaurant, Barney's Pub, and our event banquet spaces, our kitchen handles everything from classic breakfast standards to pub favorites and high-volume event catering. We’re looking for a passionate, skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team.

What You’ll Do

- Execute with Precision: Prepare high-quality meal components and full plates quickly and accurately according to kitchen standards.
- Show Your Creativity: Bring culinary enthusiasm to daily specials, seasonal features, and plate presentation. We encourage cooks who love bringing fresh ideas to the line.
- Thrive Under Pressure: Maintain speed, efficiency, and positive communication during high-volume rush periods, breakfast pushes, and catered banquet events.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure immaculate station cleanliness, food safety compliance, proper stock rotation (FIFO), and strict temperature management.
- Collaborate: Work closely with front-of-house staff and kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced line cook role (hotel, pub, or casual dining kitchen experience is a major plus).
- Skills:



Strong knife skills, mastery of line cooking techniques (grill, sauté, fryer, prep), and a solid grasp of kitchen timing.
- Cool Head: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and deliver top-notch plates under intense peak-hour pressure.
- Creativity: A eye for detail, pride in presentation, and an interest in menu development or weekly features.
- Reliability & Flexibility: Strong work ethic with availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certification a huge plus.
