Western Restaurant Franchises Inc (WRFI) is a local franchise company with 33 A&W; restaurants extending across British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. We are currently recruiting for full time Shift Supervisor positions at our locations in Gibsons and Sechelt, BC.

Reporting to the Associate Franchisee, you are an integral member of the restaurant management team. You have a passion for hospitality and always strive to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to follow your lead. In the absence of the Associate Franchisee and Assistant Manager, you embrace the responsibility of managing your shift to a high standard of food quality and guest experience. You always pursue operational excellence.

1 to 2 years of quick-serve or hospitality experience (preferably in a leadership type role), combined with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for our business makes you an ideal candidate for this opportunity.



Starting wage will be commensurate with your previous Quick Serve Industry experience.
