We are seeking a dedicated Shipper/Receiver to join our team in Edmonton. This role involves supporting warehouse operations by efficiently handling and managing inventory and ensuring on-time order fulfillment. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment

- Accurately put away stock and maintain proper organization in warehouse locations.
- Monitor inventory for proper placement and perform cycle counts as required.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders promptly, meeting deadlines and handling urgent requests.

Customer & Returns Processing

- Communicate professionally with customers, sales representatives, and service staff.
- Process product returns promptly, collaborating with customer service when needed.

Shipping & Receiving

- Enter shipping details into the system accurately and arrange transport or pick-ups.
- Assist with truck loading/unloading and ensure shipping documentation is complete.

Safety, Cleanliness & Equipment Operation

- Maintain a clean and secure workplace,



ensuring proper disposal of waste and protection of inventory.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment.
- Obtain and maintain forklift certification and use material handling equipment effectively.

Continuous Improvement

- Contribute to process improvement by recommending and supporting new initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Past warehouse experience required.
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. repetitively.
- Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
