Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked breads, following established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and assembling baked items
- Package baked goods attractively for display or takeout, ensuring freshness and presentation are maintained
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and organization of supplies




- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about baked products and offering recommendations when needed

Requirements

- Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Skills in food preparation and general baking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Robust communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or early mornings as needed
