Shift: Day Shift-· Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm & Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Core Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate daily work for CNC machinists/operators on 3 and 4-axis CNC vertical milling machines.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC vertical milling machines to support production schedules.
- Review drawings, programs, tooling, fixtures, setup sheets, and job requirements before assigning or beginning work.
- Provide hands-on support with setups, offsets, tooling, fixtures, program edits, and machining methods.
- Set, modify, and grind cutting tools; adjust feeds, speeds, and machining parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Monitor workflow, machine utilization, first-off approvals, and in-process inspections to ensure production priorities are met.
- Inspect parts, verify tolerances, and interpret blueprints, critical dimensions, and GD&T; requirements.
- Train and mentor machinists/operators on secure work practices, setup standards, inspection methods,



and efficient machining techniques.
- Escalate machining, quality, tooling, fixture, programming, or maintenance concerns when required.
- Maintain safe machine operation and a clean, organized work area.
- Deburr and prepare parts for loading and after unloading as required.
- All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years' experience required.
- Certificate of qualification, college degree or other training in CNC machining an asset.
- Fanuc or Haas experience a must.
- Familiarity with Mastercam preferred.
- Previous aerospace experience preferred.
- Previous job shop experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$43.00 per hour
