Responsibilities

- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires on a wide range of vehicles with efficiency and accuracy
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation; recommend replacements or repairs as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform tire mounting and dismounting tasks
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and answering questions to enhance their experience




- Perform heavy lifting of tires and equipment to facilitate smooth service operations
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks related to tires and suspension systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Experience

- Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with automotive repair procedures related to tires and suspension systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during daily tasks
- Basic sales skills to recommend appropriate tire products or services to customers
- Previous experience working with heavy machinery or in maintenance roles is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
