Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Cook menu items accurately and efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with food handling procedures to ensure freshness and quality of all dishes served
- Support the serving team by providing timely and consistent meal preparation
- Follow all safety guidelines related to kitchen equipment, food handling, and hygiene practices




- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of service during busy hours

Requirements

- Prior food service experience or restaurant experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Basic serving skills are a plus, along with familiarity with meal preparation and kitchen operations

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
