Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a knack for providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for both staff and customers.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Familiarity with cashiering systems and POS technology is beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are required.
