Varnish Nail Lounge is a thriving nail salon in the heart of Yaletown. We are expanding our salon, and looking to add another nail technician to our team! We are currently looking for a part-time technician.

We are in a transit-accessible location, two minutes away from the Yaletown-Roundhouse skytrain station.

Job Responsibilities
- Experienced acrylic and UV gel application
- Regular manicures and pedicures
- Gel Polish Manicures and Pedicures including applications only
- Nail art skills (basic knowledge is okay, training can be provided)
- Client consultation
- Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
- Sterilize equipment before use & proper sterilization knowledge required
- Give hand and foot massages
- Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer)
- Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate
- Take an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences)
