Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and strategic Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the organization’s fiscal health aligns with its strategic objectives. Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial strategies to support organizational growth and stability.
- Oversee core accounting functions including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and provide insightful analysis to inform decision-making.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance across all financial services.
- Supervise financial reporting activities, including preparing detailed reports for stakeholders and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.




- Drive business development efforts by identifying investment opportunities and evaluating their potential impact on the organization’s financial health.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in corporate finance with a strong background in bookkeeping, accounting, budgeting, and cost management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Expertise in risk analysis and risk management practices within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes and investment evaluation techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA designation an asset.
