Adecco is currently hiring a Distribution Team Lead for a full time opportunity in Belleville, ON. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse or logistics professional with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Working closely with the Supervisor, you will help lead daily operations, coach team members, ensure service level agreements are met, and promote a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.

- Pay Rate: $62,000 to 64,000 per year

- Location: Belleville, ON

Responsibilities:

- Lead and support warehouse associates across inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, and value-added services

- Execute daily operational priorities and work schedules

- Train, coach, and support team members to ensure productivity and accuracy

- Serve as a point of contact for staff in the absence of supervisory personnel

- Monitor workflow and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved

- Promote workplace health and safety standards and company procedures

- Support employee performance, engagement, and development

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive operational success

- Assist with troubleshooting operational issues and implementing solutions

Qualifications and Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics,



or supply chain environment

- Previous team lead, lead hand, or supervisory experience

- Experience with SAP, WMS, MRP, or other warehouse management systems

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word

- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of distribution KPIs and warehouse performance metrics

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is considered an asset

- Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Business is considered an asset

- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
