In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and maintaining eye-catching product displays that enhance the customers experience, elevate the visual appeal of the space and drive floral sales. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to attract customers and increase sales
- Create eye-catching, organized and well-stocked displays
- Arrange and rotate products to ensure freshness and visual appeal
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and store policies
- Build positive working relationships with store teams

Experience and Qualifications





- Previous merchandising experience (1 year preferred)
- Strong knowledge of visual design principles, schematics, planograms and a good eye for attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move product (up to 20 lbs)
- Comfortable working in a retail environment
