Job Summary

We're looking for a Project Manager to be the day-to-day face of the agency for a portfolio of clients — someone organized, responsive, and confident around paid advertising and content.

Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 5 clients (chat, calls, email) — building trust and keeping relationships strong
- Stay active and responsive in client chats throughout the working day — clients should never feel ignored, and quick, clear communication is core to this role
- Lead client onboarding: collecting access, briefs and required documentation
- Present monthly content plans to clients and manage the approval process within agreed timelines
- Coordinate the production team — SMM strategist, video editor, designer and videographer — and keep every deliverable on schedule
- Oversee and help manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) — briefing, monitoring performance, and keeping clients updated
- Perform final quality review of all content before client delivery,



including compliance with brand and advertising guidelines (full checklist and training provided)
- Prepare monthly performance reports and lead review calls with clients

What we're looking for:
- Working knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
- Basic understanding of ad management (Google Ads and/or Meta Ads)
- A basic, working understanding of analytics and reporting — you can read the numbers and explain them in plain language
- Experience in project management, account management, client service or a related client-facing role
- Exceptional organizational skills: you manage multiple clients, deadlines and moving pieces without dropping any
- Professional, calm communication style — our clients are busy business owners who value clarity and reliability
- Excellent written and spoken English and Russian and genuinely fast communication
- Marketing Agency experience is an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
