CUSTOM PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER

Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Doiron Sports Excellence is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented person to join our Custom Production Team.

Our custom department produces decorated apparel and products for sports teams, businesses, schools, organizations, and special events. This position involves embroidery, heat pressing, order preparation, quality control, and helping ensure every finished product meets our standards.

This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things correctly, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate embroidery and heat press equipment
- Prepare garments, logos, names, and numbers for production
- Review work orders carefully before beginning production
- Ensure correct products, sizes, colours, logos, and placements are used
- Inspect completed items for quality and accuracy
- Organize orders and keep the production area clean and efficient
- Monitor supplies and communicate when materials need to be reordered
- Help identify and solve production challenges
- Work with the custom sales and production teams to meet customer deadlines
- Assist with packaging and preparing completed orders
- Follow established production procedures and safety standards

- Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift boxes of apparel or supplies

Experience

Previous experience with embroidery, heat pressing, garment decoration, production equipment, screen printing, sewing, or custom apparel is preferred. However, training will be provided for the right person who demonstrates excellent attention to detail, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn.
