Senior Service Advisor
Central Import Automotive is proud to be the leading independent European vehicle service facility in downtown Toronto. We are looking to hire an experienced senior service advisor to join our team. Our family owned and operated European automotive service facility is located in the heart of downtown Toronto since 1978

Service Advisor Duties

-Provide an outstanding customer service experience.
-Communicate with clients to ascertain what type of repairs or servicing their vehicle needs.
-Provide a cost estimate and communicate a service plan for clients vehicles
-Assist in implementation of new and/or existing work flow process's and procedures.
-Schedule service appointments and customer follow up




-Ordering parts and managing inventory
-Work as a team with technicians to facilitate timely completion of work orders with the goal to increase sales and client satisfaction.

Minimum 6 Years experience required
