Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide clear directions or assistance as needed
- Support event setup and breakdown, including organizing equipment, signage, and supplies
- Assist with guest services by answering questions, guiding attendees, and ensuring a positive experience
- Manage registration or ticketing processes, including cash handling when applicable
- Support food service operations by helping serve food and beverages in a courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the event duration
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and report any incidents or concerns promptly





Qualifications

- Experience working with children or in environments that require engaging with diverse audiences is preferred
- Solid public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Food service experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food safety standards
- Reliable, energetic, and able to stand or walk for extended periods during events
