Duties

- Provide a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and nail care treatments.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following industry regulations.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and conducting product demos to enhance client results.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and handling payments efficiently.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize service and product sales while ensuring client satisfaction.




- Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage to foster long-term relationships.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to provide innovative treatments and maintain professional growth.

Qualifications

- Valid esthetician diploma from an accredited program.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments, body waxing, and nail care is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within the beauty industry.
- Ability to perform retail sales and promote products confidently through demos and upselling techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage front desk duties efficiently if needed.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor that aligns with our guest-centric environment.
