Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be comfortable working at heights. This role involves a variety of tasks related to roofing and general labor, requiring both physical strength and technical skills. Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing roofing materials.
- Assist with carpentry tasks related to roof framing and structural support.
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing of roofs.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment on-site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or roofing is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools relevant to roofing and general labor tasks.
- Strong understanding of carpentry principles is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) regularly throughout the workday.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading is advantageous for interpreting project plans.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
