Overview
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Contract Cleaner to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing professional cleaning services for commercial spaces under contract agreements. Duties
- Perform scheduled cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial sites
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure thorough sanitation of all areas
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and tools
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all surfaces, floors, restrooms, and common areas are spotless
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning activities
- Adhere to client-specific cleaning instructions and quality standards
- Complete daily logs and documentation of completed tasks for accountability
Requirements
- Proven custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to reach various client locations as needed
- Must have a registered business or be willing to register for one
- Must have basic tools, vacuum cleaner, mops, buckets, and cleaning supplies
