Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients, design team, and fabrication crew, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. If you have a knack for managing multiple projects, love problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist with new project surveys, estimating, and closing sales
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the project management, design, and fabrication teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed.
- Schedule and oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assist in the procurement of materials

Skills and Qualifications:





- Proven experience as a Coordinator or similar role in the fabrication, construction, or signage industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with custom fabrication, signage, or millwork is a plus.
- Interest in graphic design and/or interior design
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
